Yes. Medmosa is a Canadian online healthcare platform that provides access to prescription treatments reviewed by licensed Canadian physicians and fulfilled by licensed pharmacies. Care is delivered responsibly, with clinical oversight at every step.
All consultations are reviewed by licensed Canadian physicians. A doctor assesses your information to determine whether treatment is appropriate and may recommend an option based on your health history and goals. Medmosa Concierge then coordinates the next steps, from fulfillment to delivery. Your clinician assessment is included with your Club Medmosa membership.
If a physician determines that treatment isn’t appropriate based on your intake, no prescription will be issued. Medmosa is designed to prioritize responsible, clinician-led care — not everyone will be eligible, and that’s intentional.
Most people complete the online intake in just a few minutes. Clinician review typically follows shortly after, and if prescribed, treatments are fulfilled by a licensed pharmacy and shipped discreetly to your door anywhere in Canada. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on location and carrier.
Privacy is built into every step of the experience. Consultations are confidential, personal and medical information is handled through a secure, PIPEDA-compliant platform, and prescriptions are delivered in unbranded packaging designed to stay discreet.
Care on Medmosa is ongoing. Online clinician support is included for up to one year for questions related to your treatment, allowing care to be monitored and adjusted over time as needed. Clinicians can adjust or reassess as needed to ensure care continues to make sense for you. Treatments are fulfilled on a recurring subscription basis and continue until cancelled. An active Club Medmosa membership is required for ongoing care and refills to continue.

Yes. Club Medmosa membership is required to access Medmosa. It is the starting point for all treatments, clinician access, and concierge support.
Yes. For founding members, your Club Medmosa membership fee is included for the first 12 months. After that, membership renews at $39 per month. You will be notified in advance.
When you join, we place a $39 hold on your card to confirm it is valid. This is not a charge. No funds are captured at sign-up. The first real charge you will see is the cost of your approved treatment.
Yes, anytime. Cancelling ends access to the platform at the close of your current billing cycle. Any treatment already in fulfillment completes as normal.
