When you join, we place a $39 hold on your card to confirm it is valid and active. This is not a charge. No funds are captured at sign-up. The first real charge you will see is the cost of your approved treatment.
Yes. For founding members, your Club Medmosa membership fee is included for the first 12 months. After that, membership renews at $39 per month. You will be notified well in advance before your first membership charge.
Yes, anytime. Cancelling your membership ends access to the Medmosa platform and concierge services at the close of your current billing cycle. Any treatment already in fulfillment will complete as normal.
Any order already in fulfillment will complete. Scheduled refills will pause. You can reactivate your membership at any time to resume your treatment plan.
Not necessarily. All prescriptions are issued at a licensed physician's discretion, based on your individual health profile. Not everyone is eligible for every treatment.
